A beer brewed with one malt and one hop! A pale ale malt that was malted right in Detroit Lakes, MN was used for this brew. It is a very sweet malt that brings a large depth of complexity. The hop chosen was a Simcoe hop. We chose it to provide a super refreshing undertone, while also adding a slight bitterness to the back end. At only 50 IBU’s, this beer only has a hint of sharpness, so it is sure to please on the hottest of summer days!

What is more Minnesotan than a strawberry rhubarb beer? Nothing. This wheat beer is the third in our wheat series, and will definitely please the taste buds. It is sweet, fruity, and has a hint of honey from the malt used. It will remind you of the fresh pies and crisps that Grandmas used to make! Enjoy.
